【摘要】 目的观察痰热清注射液在儿童急性呼吸道感染中的疗效。方法将87例急性呼吸道感染的患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,在常规治疗基础上,治疗组加用痰热清注射液,对照组加用沐舒坦注射液。观察2组患儿咳嗽、痰量、咳痰难易程度及CRP的临床变化。结果治疗3 d,2组均咳嗽减轻,痰量减少,咳痰程度减轻,2组症状评分值随治疗时间延长逐渐降低(P均<0.05)。治疗后第7天,治疗组临床总有效率达86%,CRP明显下降,优于对照组的67%,P<0.05。结论痰热清注射液具有明显的退热、止咳、祛痰作用,安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Tanreqing injection on acute respiratory tract infection(ARTI) in children.Methods 87 children with ARTI were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Based on conventional therapy,treatment group was added with Tanreqing injection and control group was added with Mucosolvin injection.The changes of cough,sputum quantity,expectoration difficult or easy extent and CRP in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment for three days,the cough was relieved,sputum quantity was reduced,expectoration extent was relieved and symptom score was gradually lowered followed the treatment time extended in the two groups(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86% after treatment for seven days,being superior to that of the control group(67%,P<0.05).And CRP in treatment group was obviously lowered.Conclusion Tanreqing injection has obviously action of relieving fever,stopping cough and removing phlegm and its safety is good.更多还原
