【摘要】 目的观察贝尼地平对老年高血压患者的血压及心功能的影响。方法高血压病73例,年龄60~81岁。随机分为2组,A组37例应用贝尼地平片,B组36例应用复方降压片。2组均连续用药8周,用多普勒超声心动图进行心功能观察。结果降压显效率及总有效率A组为68%及89%,B组为44%及69%。2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2组治疗后左室收缩功能指标(CO、EF)均无明显改变(P均>0.05)。左室舒张功能各指标(E、A、E/A、DC)在A组用药前后比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),B组亦有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2组比较,A组舒张功能各指标改善程度优于B组(P<0.05)。治疗期间未见贝尼地平严重不良反应。结论贝尼地平对老年高血压疗效好、安全,且有改善左室舒张功能的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the influence of Benidipine on blood pressure and cardiac function in senile patients with hypertension.Methods 73 patients with hypertensive disease whose ages were 60 to 81 years were randomly divided into two groups.37 cases were in group A and treated with Benidipine and other 36 cases were in group B and treated with Compound Reserpine.Both groups were treated for eight weeks.The cardiac function was observed with Doppler echocardiography.Results The excellent and total effective rates of group A were respectively 68% and 89%,and those of group B were respectively 44% and 69%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).There was no obvious difference on the left ventricular systolic function(CO,EF) between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was very significant difference on the left ventricular diastolic function(E,A,E/A,DC) in group A between before and after treatment(P<0.01).And there was significant difference on those in group B(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the improvement degree of the left ventricular diastolic function in group A was superior to that in group B.In the period of treatment there was no severe untoward reaction of Benidipine.Conclusion Benidipine has good curative effect and was safety on senile hypertension,and it has improvement action of the left ventricular diastolic function.更多还原
