【摘要】 目的探讨正常绝经后妇女应用不同方案的激素替代疗法治疗更年期综合征的疗效。方法选取有更年期综合征的健康自然绝经后妇女59例,随机分为2组。A组给予克龄蒙全剂量口服,B组给予克龄蒙半剂量加同笑口服。用药前及用药后3个周期检测2组激素情况,评价Kupperman症状评分,腹部彩超监测子宫大小及内膜厚度。结果2组用药后更年期症状、子宫体积及子宫内膜情况均有明显改善,2组间疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论克龄蒙治疗更年期综合征疗效满意,经济、安全,不良反应少,服用方便,是一种接近理想的HRT药物,尤其适用于绝经后妇女。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to explore the effects of different kinds and dosages of hormone replacement therapy(HRT) on menopausal syndrome.Methods 59 cases of women with menopausal syndrome asking for HRT were chosen and divided into 2 groups.Group A was given hol-dosage of Climen,group B was given half dosage of Climen combined with Tongxiao by oral use.The level of hormone was determined,Kupperman symptom scores were evaluated,and size of uterus,thickness of endometrium were detected by abdominal color hypersound before treatment and 3 stages after giving drugs.Results Symptoms of menopausal syndrome,volume of uterus and endometrium were improved obviously in the both groups after treatment(P<0.01 or 0.05),but there was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Climen is a satisfactory drug for treating menopausal syndrome which is safe,effective and economic with less side effect and easy use,especially suitable for women after menopause.更多还原
