【摘要】 目的观察扶正消瘤汤对乳腺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法将105例乳腺癌患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例用扶正消瘤汤治疗,对照组45例不服用中药。评定治疗组治疗前后及对照组的生活质量并进行比较。结果治疗组治疗后的身体、角色、认知、社会功能、物理症状、总体生活质量及健康水平较治疗前及对照组均明显改善(P<0.05或0.01);情绪状态及失眠症状改善不明显(P>0.05)。结论扶正消瘤汤能提高乳腺癌患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the effects of the strengthening body resistance and slaking tumor soup in quality of life on breast cancer.Methods 105 patients of breast cancer was randomly divide into 2 groups.60 patients was treated by strengthening body resistance and slaking tumor soup(therapy group),as control,45 patients wasn’t treated by Chinese materia medica (control group).The changes of quality of life(QOL) before and after therapy in the therapy group and the control group were measured.Results Comparing with before therapy and the control group,functions of physiology,role,recognition,society,symptoms,whole QOL and health level after therapy of the therapy group was significantly improved(P<0.01);Emotion and agrypnia wasn’t improved(P>0.05).Conclusion The strengthening body resistance and slaking tumor soup can improve the QOL of breast cancer patients.更多还原
