【摘要】 目的评价经动脉插管区域性(胰腺及胰周)动脉灌注5-氟尿嘧啶、奥曲肽和抗生素治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的疗效。方法54例SAP患者,根据CT检查结果结合DSA造影置导管于病变部位的供血动脉。经导管持续灌注药物10～15 d。结果54例患者中52例经灌注治疗后痊愈,2例介入治疗无效后行手术治疗。结论区域性动脉灌注治疗SAP疗效好、病程短、并发症少、病死率低,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to evaluat the curative effect of regional intra-arterial infusion with 5-Fu,Octreotide and antibiotic on severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods 54 patients with SAP were treated with regional intra-arterial infusion after the patients were diagnosed with CT and DSA.The catheter was placed in the supply artery.The drugs were used continuously for 10 to 15 d.Results 52 patients were recovery after regional intra-arterial infusion, the other two patients were operated after failer of regional intra-arterial infusion treatment.Conclusion Regional intra-arterial infusion is a simple and effective method for SAP.This treatment has few severe complications and low mortality rate,it also can shorten the duration of treatment.It is proved to be an ideal method.更多还原
