参附注射液对大鼠缺血再灌注损伤肾组织琥珀酸脱氢酶的保护作用
Protecting function of Shenfu injection on Succinodehydrogenase in kidney tissue of rats with ischemia and reperfusion
【摘要】 目的探讨参附注射液对大鼠缺血再灌注肾损伤的影响。方法将32只大鼠随机分成正常组、缺血组、再灌组和参附组,各组取肾组织用组织化学法染色显示琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH),应用计算机图像分析系统检测其灰度、光密度、积分光密度并进行分析。同时检测血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的变化。结果肾组织SDH的含量再灌组低于正常组和缺血组(P<0.01),参附组SDH活性明显高于再灌组(P<0.01)。MDA、SOD再灌组与正常组和缺血组相比有显著性差异;参附组与再灌组相比,MDA降低,SOD升高。结论参附注射液对缺血再灌注肾组织SDH具有保护作用,抗氧化作用可能是其保护作用的机制之一。
【Abstract】 Objective It is to explore the effect of Shenfu injection on kidney injury induced by ischemia and reperfusion in rats.Methods 32 rats were randomly divided into normal group,ischemia group,reperfusion group and Shenfu group.Kidney tissue of the rats in every group was get to display Succinodehydrogenase(SDH) by HE staining,and its gray scale,optical density,integral optical density were determined and analyzed by computer image analysis system.At the same time the contents of MDA and SOD were determined.Results The content of SDH in kidney tissue in reperfusion group was lower than that in normal group and ischemia group(P<0.01).The activity of SDH in Shenfu group was higher than that in reperfusion group(P<0.01).There were significant differences in MDA and SOD among reperfusion group,normal group and ischemia group.Compared with those in group reperfusion group,the level of MDA was lower and that of SOD was higher in Shenfu group.Conclusion Shenfu injection has a protecting function on SDH in kidney tissue with ischemia and reperfusion,and anti-oxygenation may be one of its mechanisms.
