全球变暖与二氧化碳减排

【摘要】 CO2是人类活动中排放量最大的温室气体。对CO2产生的温室效应机理以及发展趋势进行了分析,指出CO2浓度的上升呈指数函数增加,对全球气候和生态环境产生重大的深远的负面影响,《京都协议书》的生效给我国带来挑战和机遇。粗放型的经济增长模式将导致我国CO2减排压力日益增加,必须发展新型高效的CO2分离回收技术、CO2封存技术、固定源和流动源的减排CO2工艺技术,提高能效和新型能源技术等。利用CO2作为一种碳资源合成附加价值较高的化工产品或材料是最困难也是最有意义的长期减排目标。对我国CO2减排提出了若干建议。

【Abstract】 Carbon dioxide is the most one of "greenhouse effect"(GHE) gases in human cativities.By analyzing the mechanism of it causing GHE and its tendency,it is pointed out that the increasing of its concentration by exponential function will make a great negative influence on the global climate and environment.The enforcement of the Kyoto Protocol brings both chances and challenges to China.The extensive development of economy also causes pressure from carbon dioxide mitigation,and the technologies to efficiently capture,recover and separate,mitigate carbon dioxide from fixed sources and flowing sources must be developed,with the technologies for increasing efficiency and new-type of energy.Using carbon dioxide to synthesize chemicals with highly added value is the most difficult thing as well as the most significant target in the long-term migration.Some advice are also given for mitigation of carbon dioxide in China.
