非牛顿流体中组合桨氧传递性能的研究
Study on oxygen transfer capability of combined impellers in non-Newtonian fluid
【摘要】 对两层组合桨在黄原胶水溶液中的混合性能进行了研究,采用能反映微观混合状态的容积传氧系数对多种组合桨进行了比较。结果表明双折叶圆盘涡轮—六叶布鲁马金组合桨有利于获得高的容积传氧系数;加大底层桨直径更有利于非牛顿流体的混合。
【Abstract】 The mixing properties of two-layer combined impellers in xanthan gum water solution is sutdied,different kinds of combinations of impellers are compared by oxygen transfer coefficient which can indicate the mixing state of microcosos.The results showed that the combination of double folded blade disc and Brumajin impeller was easy to get higher oxygen transfer coefficient,the increasing the diameter of substrate impeller favored mixing in non-Newtonian fluid.
