【Abstract】 Camera phone becomes more and more popular in the market.With its advantages of low cost,good image performance,low power consumption and easy of integration,CMOS image sensor is now the main stream in the camera phone market.With more features integrated and to be integrated,System-on-Chip(SoC) is a trend of the CMOS image sensor design.In this paper,the author introduces the architecture and image signal process of the CMOS image sensor,and then describes its application and software realization in mobile phone system.更多还原
