【Abstract】 Power amplifier design is an important part in the design of wireless communication system,which determines the performance of the whole system.There are two important indicators in power amplifier,efficiency and linearity,which are considered mostly in the design of power amplifier.Then the Doherty configuration to improve efficiency is discussed in detail,and with the simulation of ADS2004,a 30W Doherty amplifier is designed.更多还原
