【Abstract】 Objective: To study the best surgical treatment of parenchyma defect on hand. Methods: 109 cases were treated with various skin flaps from 1985 to 2005. Results: All of the skin flaps were alive, the outlook of the repair was satisfied, the restoration of the function was very well. Conclusion: The best treatment on the parenchyma defect should be following the principle of treatment about microsurgery and choosing appropriate skin flap.更多还原
