【摘要】 目的:探讨手指指尖离断的治疗。方法:根据田万成的指尖分型法,并运用逆行法对指尖离断行吻合掌侧静脉的指尖再植手术。结果:本组152例168指,成活157指,成活率93.5%,术后随访2年～20年,手指长度同健侧相似,外形满意,功能良好。结论:手指尖离断绝大多数可找到可供吻合的掌侧静脉,逆行法指尖再植对吻合掌侧静脉极为方便。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the replantation methods of amputated fingertip. Methods:We replanted 168 fingers in 152cases by using the Tianwancheng’s technique method of vein anastomosis respectively. Results:In 168 fingers of 152 cases,157 fingers survived. Following-up from 2-10 years,the length of replanted finger was comparable to that of the healthy side with satisfactory appearance.The function was perfect. Conclusion:For the amputated fingertip superficial viens could be found in palmar skin of most cases.The Tianwancheng’s technique method was very convenient for replanting the amputed fingertip.更多还原
