【摘要】 对于我国高等教育资源配置与使用的现状和问题,应运用经济学和计量方法进行实证研究,并对我国高等教育投资规模和资源配置与经济增长速度进行对比分析。研究表明,必须采取有效措施,尽快实现教育投资主体和教育融资渠道的多元化,以弥补国家公共教育经费的不足;完善教育投资评价监督机制,控制高校银行贷款规模,防范高校投资风险和债务风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the present condition and problem in resources allocation and usage of high grade education in our country,we should use economic and measuring method to prove and study.And we should analyze and compare the economic growing speed,resources allocation and investment scale of high grade education in our country.It shows by study that,it is the most urgent to realize the pluralism of education investors and its financial channel,to cover the lack of state public education charges,improve the supervision system of evaluation for educational investment,control credit scale in banks for education,in order to prevent investment risk in universities and debt risk,taking certain workable measures.更多还原
