【摘要】 目的调查艾滋病病毒/艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)高发区医务人员职业暴露防护现状,探讨潜在的危险因素及干预措施,提高职业暴露防护能力。方法对402名医务人员进行问卷调查。内容包括一般资料、医疗护理过程中的防护措施、锐器伤等。结果医务人员对HIV感染者/AIDS病人的诊治和防病知识知晓率达94%,传播途径的知晓率为98%,但自我防护意识淡漠,防护措施、防护设备不到位。结论在医务人员职业暴露防护方面还存在着潜在的危险因素,应进一步加强职业安全教育及培训,完善相关防护措施及防护设备。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate current status of protecting health care workers against occupational exposure in HIV/AIDS high risk areas and to discuss potential risks,relevant interventions and approaches to improve protective ability against occupational exposure.Method Questionnaires were sent to 402 health care workers,which included general information,specific protective measures adopted in the process of diagnosis,treatment and.nursing care.and also ways to avoid injuries by acute instruments.Result The rate of awareness among health care workers about protection from HIV infection in treating HIV carriers/AIDS patients was 94%,and the rate of awareness among them about the route of transmission was 98%.However,they had little knowledge of protecting themselves and both protective measures and equipment were inadequate in their workplaces.Conclusion There exist potential risks among health care workers in regards with protection against occupational exposure to HIV/AIDS,and it is important to strengthen occupational safety education and training and improve protective measures and equipment.更多还原
