【摘要】 根据1983-2004年统计数据进行的量化分析表明,在粮食总产量的变动中,玉米生产发挥了主要的增产作用,稻谷与小麦生产发挥了主要的减产作用.以1994年为界,此前各种粮食产量的波幅均较小,此后,除大豆外,其它3种粮食产量的波幅均明显增大,且均与粮食总产量波动呈高度同步性.加强对玉米生产的支持,稳定稻谷与小麦生产,分品种实施粮食储备与吞吐,是优化国家粮食调控政策的应有选择.更多还原

【Abstract】 An analysis based on the statistics from 1983-2004 indicates that corn production has played a significant role in the growth of total cereal output,while rice and wheat were major factors for the decreased amount.Before 1994,each grain crop didn′t change too much.However,the outputs of other three grain crops except soybean have changed dramatically and have kept the same pace with the total grain output.Optimal national policies for grain control should include: strengthening the support for corn production;stabilizing the production of grain and wheat;loading and unloading assorted grain crops.更多还原
