皮革材料导电特性的实验研究
EXPERIMENT STUDY ON ELECTRICAL CONDUCTION PROPERTIES OF LEATHER
【摘要】 在室温、1个大气压(1.013 25×105Pa)、相对湿度60%条件下,分别测试了铬鞣猪皮鞋面革、牛皮鞋面革、绵羊皮服装革的伏安特性曲线,计算了它们的电导率与电阻率.结果表明,在电压较低的情况下,流过皮革材料的电流与施加的电压成线性关系;铬鞣猪皮鞋面革的电阻率为2.22×108Ω.m,铬鞣牛皮鞋面革的电阻率为3.16×108Ω.m,铬鞣绵羊皮服装革的电阻率为8.77×108Ω.m,在上述条件下皮革材料属于一种半导体材料,根据这一特点探讨了皮革材料在电子信息领域可能的一些新应用.
【Abstract】 At room temperature,under 1 atm(1.01325×105 Pa), 60% RH,the current-voltage characteristics of chrome pig shoe upper leather,calf shoe upper leather and sheep clothing leather were measured respectively.It is found that when an electrical field is applied to leather material,the current rapidly reaches an equilibrium direct-current value and directly proportional to the acting voltage.The resistivity of chrome pig shoe upper leather,calf shoe upper leather and sheep clothing leather are 2.22×108 Ω·m,3.16×108 Ω·m and 8.77×108 Ω·m respectively,which indicates that leather is a new kind of organic semiconductor material under the measurement conduction above.The possible used area of leather in IT industry was discussed simply.
