【摘要】 对固原市郊区牛瞎眼病进行了流行病学调查,检测了发病地区牛日粮和血液中营养元素的含量。结果显示,牛瞎眼病主要表现为抽搐,瞳孔散大,眼压升高,目盲等。该病呈地方性流行和季节性发生,主要侵害6月龄内的犊牛和胎牛,与性别和配种方式无关,无明显传染性和遗传性。饲草料和乳汁中硒、锌、铜、铬、钙、硫、镁均不同程度低于肉牛日粮标准推荐量或临界缺乏值。病牛全血硒、铜、锌、铬、钴等缺乏,犊牛低钙,钙磷比例严重失调。68%的瞎眼牛血浆维生素A含量低于正常值(25μg/100mL)。根据调查和测定结果,结合临床试验性治疗效果,诊断该病是维生素A为主的多营养元素缺乏性眼病综合征。更多还原

【Abstract】 By the epidemiology investigation to Blind ophthalmopathy syndrome in cattle,the examination of the nutritive elements content diet and blood of sill cattle in this area.Blind ophthalmopathy of cattle mainly shows the twitches,the mydriasis,the high intraocular pressure,blind and so on.This sickness assumes the local characteristic popular and the seasonal occurrence,mainly violates calf within June and embryo,has nothing to do with with the sex and the breeding way,not have obvious infection and heredity.the selenium,zinc,copper,chromium,calcium,sulfur,magnesium forage grass feed and the milk is lower than the standard recommendation or critical lacks quantity of cattle diet.Sickness cow whole blood selenium,copper,zinc,chromium,cobalt and so on are lower than normal,calf lacks the calcium,content of calcium and phosphorus serious imbalance.Vitamin A content blood in plasma with 68% blind cow is lower than the normal(25 μg/100 mL).According to investigates with the determination result,reference of clinical test treatment result,this sickness is diagnosed the ophthalmopathy syndrome because of vitamin A primarily and multi-nutritive elements lacking.the cause and the mechanism.of the blind ophthalmopathy disease is analyed and discussed.更多还原
