不同施肥条件下干旱对甘薯生长发育和光合作用的影响

【摘要】 为了给甘薯抗旱高产栽培提供依据,采用盆栽的方法,以生产上大面积推广种植的秦薯4号和619为材料,研究了不同施肥条件下干旱对甘薯生长发育和光合作用的影响。结果表明,土壤干旱程度的加重会明显降低甘薯总叶数、绿叶数、分枝数、总茎长、茎干重、根系发育、单株光合面积和光合速率,而通过施肥改善土壤营养状况可极显著促进甘薯根、茎、叶的生长发育,增强光合能力。氮磷配施的施肥效应大于单营养施肥。施肥与土壤水分之间互作显著或极显著,土壤干旱程度的加重会降低施肥效应。

【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to study the effect of drought on growth and development and photosynthesis of sweet potato under different fertilization conditions by pot-planted method.The results showed that with increasing of soil drought degree,green leaf number,total leaf number,stem number per plant,total stem length,and dry weight of stem,root development, photosynthesis area and rate were reduced significantly.The growth and development and photosynthesis of sweet potato were advanced with improvement of soil nutrient by fertilization.A significant interaction existed between fertilization and soil water condition.The effect of fertilizer was apparently decreased with increasing of soil drought.The effect of fertilization with several nutrient elements was better than that of fertilization with single element.
