【摘要】 在白菜型油菜自交系S1815中发现2株半不育株,对半不育株自交,分离出可育株、不育株和微粉株,用可育株与不育株保持,子代表现不育,可育株自交不分离,后经连续5代回交保持,育成细胞质雄性不育系58A及保持系58B。经大量的回交筛选,在白菜型油菜376份种质资源中,筛选出7份恢复种质,它们主要分布在陕西和甘肃冬油菜品种资源中。通过组合测配,育成58A×143C参加陕西省区域试验及生产试验,平均产量1802.7 kg/hm2,比对照秦油4号平均产量1535.8 kg/hm2增产17.37%。2003年3月通过陕西省品种审定,定名白杂1号。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sterlile plants,fertile plants and trace amount pollen plants was observed in F2 populations which originated from two partial sterile plants,discovered in inbred line S1815 in B.compestris in 1986.The selected 3 sterile plants were pollinated with selected 3 fertile plants in one-pair-one in successive 5 years,then 58A and 58B were developed.The test cross results showed that there are 7 restorers in winter rapeseed germplasm of Gansu and Shaanxi province in 306 accessories.A hybrid,named Baiza 1(58A/143C)was released by Shaanxi Crop Approval Committee in 2003 because its yield is 1 802.7 kg/hm2,increased by 17.37% than the check Qinyou 4.更多还原
