杠柳根皮中4个化合物结构的分析
Structural Analysis on Four Compounds in Root Bark from Periploca sepium
【摘要】 在对杠柳根皮的化学成分和根皮中挥发油成分及其生物活性研究的基础上,通过进一步对杠柳根皮的甲醇提取物的水悬浮液,经石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇不同极性溶剂萃取后,得到4种不同萃取物,经过硅胶柱层析、C18反相柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析多次分离、纯化后,从乙酸乙酯萃取物中得到化合物I,从正丁醇萃取物中得到化合物II、III、IV;经化学分析结合IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、EI-MS等波谱分析,确定化合物I为β-香树素乙酸酯,化合物II为香草醛乳糖苷,化合物III为杠柳苷E,化合物IV为一强心苷类化合物。
【Abstract】 Four extracts of petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,n-butanol and water were obtained from the methanol extract of the root bark of Periploca sepeium.Compound I and compounds II,III,IV were isolated respectively from ether acetate extract and n-butanol extract by column chromatography of silica gel,C18 and Sephadex-LH-20.The four compounds were identified as β-amyrin acetate,4-methoxysalicylaldehyde lactoside,periplocoside E and a cardiac glycoside with chemical method and spectral analysis(IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,EI-MS).
