【摘要】 在构建社会主义和谐社会的背景下,运用经济学原理分析认为:社会不和谐因素来自市场经济机制自身缺陷,必须通过政府调节职能来解决。结合对基础设施建设效用的研究,指出基础设施在消除社会贫困、体现社会公平、发展文化教育、保护公共环境、增加社会就业、强化社会保障等方面具有积极的社会效用。结果表明,政府加大基础设施的建设力度,对缓解社会矛盾、构建和谐社会具有深远的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of the construction for the socialist harmonious society,this paper,through theoretical analysis of economics points out that the disharmonious factors of society comes from the market system,which can only be solved by government adjusting function.With the utility research of infrastructure construction,it is found that the construction of infrastructure has many active social utilities such as eliminating the poor,showing justice, developing culture and education,protecting environment,improving employments,strengthening social security and so on.Paper comes to the conclusion that to add more investment on infrastructure has deep significances of relieving social contradiction and constructing a harmonious society.更多还原
