红外线对小鼠胚胎发育的影响

【摘要】 目的研究不同波段红外线对小鼠胚胎的作用。方法采用不同波段的红外线对孕鼠照射并与对照组比较的方法,观察了受孕母鼠的体重变化,活胎率,吸收胎率,以及胎鼠的身长、尾长、体重等指标。结果红外线照射各组孕鼠的体重、胎鼠的体重、身长、尾长都有增加。中波红外线组与正常对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:红外线特别是中波红外线能促进胚胎的生长。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of different infra-red radiation on moues embryo development.Methods By using different wave infra-red rays radiation on pregnancy mice,the survival、death and absorbing rates of fetus were studied.The pregnancy mice weight、fetus weight、fetus body and tail length were observed.Result The groups of infra-red radiation could increase the fetus body and tail length as well as fetus weight.There was a significant difference between middle wave infra-red radiation group and contrd group(P<0.01).Conclusion Iinfra-red radiation particular middle wave infra-red radiation could increase mouse embryo development.
