一种新型施工设备结构的稳定性计算研究

【摘要】 作者首次提出研制一种用于一般建筑工程及高层建筑工程的施工、建筑外装修、已有高层建筑的清洁和维修的施工设备,该设备具有自动化程度高、操作灵活、使用方便等诸多优点,其主要的结构包括附着支架、操作台、液压爬升系统。采用ANSYS非线性屈曲分析及工程实用算法对附着支架稳定性做了计算研究,结果表明该结构设计合理,满足工程使用要求,计算结果可以作为工程实际应用的依据。

【Abstract】 Aim. In constructing high buildings,it is highly desirable to have a platform that can move quickly up and down to allow workmen gain easy access to the places they are to work on.Such a platform needs to be supported by a steel framework,whose buckling under specified loading must be guarded against in compliance with GB50017-2003,a Chinese government specification on steel framework.In the full paper,we explain in some detail our stability analysis of the steel framework we design and the comparison of the buckling load calculated with our method with that calculated by the commonly used practical engineering method.In this abstract,we just add some pertinent remarks to listing the three topics of explanation.The first topic is: the brief description of the steel framework we design.The second topic is: the simplified model for the stability analysis of the steel framework.The third topic is: the stability analysis of the steel framework.In the third topic,we first explain the calculation of the buckling load with the help of finite element analysis;the buckling loads accurately calculated with ANSYS tool box are summarized in four figures in the full paper.Also in the third topic,we explain how to calculate the buckling load approximately with the commonly used practical engineering method.Still in the third topic,we compare the accurate buckling loads calculated with ANSYS tool box with the approximate buckling loads calculated by the practical engineering method in two figures in the full paper.The comparison shows preliminarily that the two methods are in agreement,thus confirming that the steel framework designed by us has enough reliability.
