【摘要】 为了探讨中国西部地区资源富集区新农村建设的状况,采用文献分析等方法,分析中国西部资源富集地区的增长质量与发展能力,结果表明:西部资源富集区近年来地方政府财政收入和地区国内生产总值均增长很快,但是由于资源工业的产业链条短、就业弹性低,形成了“国富”与“民穷”之间的矛盾,导致了农业与农村经济发展的严重滞后;西部资源富集区的新农村建设要提高经济增长质量,从数量型经济增长转向质量型的经济增长;同时要以富民为目标,提高西部资源富集区农业和农民的发展能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The local government revenue and the gross domestic product in western resource-abundance areas are growing very fast in recent years.However,due to the short resource industry chain and low employment elasticity,there formed a contradiction between the "national wealth" and "people poor" and led to a serious lag in the development of agriculture and rural economy.So it is necessary to improve the quality of economic growth and turn the pattern from quantity to quality of economic growth,and to enrich people and improve the development capacity of agriculture in western resource-abundance areas.更多还原
