【Abstract】 With the development of power system and the acceleration of marketization, the operation risks of security and market are interlaced with each other. Hence some different characteristics of power system reliability have appeared in the deregulated environment. Therefore, maintaining system reliability by means of market mechanism will be a new issue and should be paid more attention to. The features of traditional reliability approaches are analyzed from the viewpoint of electricity market. This paper intends to combine the researches on electricity market and reliability evaluation to explore some new mechanisms and establish an overall framework for reliability analysis,which have great value to the transition of reliability analysis and evaluation under the market environment.更多还原
