【Abstract】 Through analyzing the moisture state in SF₆ gas-insulated equipment and affecting factors for measuring the humidity of gas,it shows that the temperature is a main affecting factor of humidity in SF₆.The testing instrument and the state of measured equipment have also influence upon the tested results.Thus,in the event of using humidity standard in SF₆ gas,corresponding correction is necessary.更多还原
