【摘要】 目的探讨流式细胞术CD45/SSC设门在急性白血病免疫分型中的应用。方法选用三色荧光抗体直接标记初诊急性白血病患者骨髓,应用流式细胞术CD45/SSC设门进行免疫分型。结果49例急性白血病患者分为三型,其中系列专一型25例,占51.2%;系列非专一型21例,占42.8%;裸型3例,占6.0%。结论流式细胞术CD45/SSC设门,容易将原始/幼稚细胞与正常成熟细胞群区分开,使白血病分型结果更准确、可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of CD45/SSC gating in acute leukemia immunophenotype.Methods Three-color monoclonal antibodies were used to mark the marrows of acute leukemia patients,and CD45/SSC gating in flow cytometry was used for immunofluorescence.Results The 49 cases of acute leukemia immunophenotype were classified into 3 subgroups: lineage specific antigen expression(25 cases),aberration antigen expression(21 cases),and null type(3 cases).The percentage of each subgroup was 51.2%,42.8% and 6.0%,respectively.Conclusion CD45/SSC gating technique can easily discriminate mature leukemia cells from normal cells,thus rendering more reliable and precise immunophenotype results.更多还原
