【Abstract】 Chinese American female writers such as Kingston Hong and Amy Tan have made great achievements in literature and won compliments and a series of honors.However,behind the honors there exists cultural embarrassment.In order to answer to the feminism of the West,these writers have constructed their female subjectivity by adapting the traditional Chinese culture,revealing and criticizing the persecution of women by the feudal ethical code,describing Chinese male as cruel and imbecile beings who are only able to bully the females in the race.
