【Abstract】 The assessment of personal danger exerts a great effect on the suitability and function of punitive measures to maintain security in the criminal law. In view of that problem and the studies of domestic and international scholars, some suggestions are given to the assessment standards of personal danger.Finally it is further proved that there is the feasibility in introducing the punitive measure to maintain security into criminal law.更多还原
