【Abstract】 Based on the teaching practice,the present situations and conditions of implementing bilingual teaching of fine arts in colleges and universities,the paper analyzes the need to implement the bilingual teaching method in the specialty,and further points out the importance it plays in improving the talents’ quality.What’s more,the preparation of the basic conditions of the bilingual teaching,the relevant courses,the management and organization of the teaching,etc.are also expounded in the paper,which offers a new idea to improve the talents quality of fine arts in colleges and universities.更多还原
