基于小世界网络的复杂系统故障传播模型

【摘要】 为了从复杂机电系统自身固有的网络拓扑结构出发来研究故障的传播机制,采用小世界网络理论分析方法,对系统网络拓扑结构统计特性进行分析,建立了基于小世界聚类特性的故障传播模型.结合故障的扩散强度,按照分步扩散的原则对故障传播的过程进行了描述,同时用蚁群算法求得扩散能力最强的故障传播路径及相应的关键节点.用该模型对喷射发动机的故障传播过程进行分析,结果表明,该方法可以有效地找到系统中存在的脆弱点,从而为设计改进和故障预防提供了重要依据.

【Abstract】 To find the failure propagation mechanism from the inherent topological structure of the complex electromechanical system,the topological structure statistical properties of the system were analyzed with small world net theory,and a failure propagation model based on the small world clustering was proposed.Subsequently,the grade diffusing process was described combining with the failure pervasion intensity,and the failure propagation paths and relevant key nodes with high pervasion ability were found with the ant colony algorithm.An applied case of injection engine was provided to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed model in failure propagation analysis,and to verify the efficiency to find the system crisp nodes which become the proofs for the design improvement and failure prevention.
