金属材料断裂预测损伤破坏准则的应用

【摘要】 为了准确描述各向异性金属薄板的连续体损伤模型,在考虑剪切机制和剪切应力对金属板材损伤和最终破坏过程的作用,并计入材料微观损伤对材料性能影响的基础上,提出了一个有别于传统预测准则的改进的金属材料断裂预测损伤破坏准则。利用这一新的破坏准则,分析计算了几种常用金属板材的断裂极限应变曲线,并与传统的应力准则、应变准则以及试验数据进行了对比分析。结果表明,新的损伤破坏准则不仅符合材料破坏的实际曲线,而且准确地指出了几种金属材料的应用范围。

【Abstract】 In order to precisely describe the continuity hurt models of sheet metal anisotropic,this paper supplies an improved fracture prediction damage criterion of metal material which is different from the traditional ones by considering the influences of cutting mechanism and cutting stress upon the damage and fracture process of metals material.It also calculates the degrees of influence of micro damages to the overall performance of the material.Based on this new fracture prediction damage criterion,this paper also analyzes and calculates the failure limit curves of several common sheet metals as well as compares the calculation results with the datum from traditional stress principles.The results show that the fracture prediction damage criterion not only applies to the actual curves of materials damage better,but also precisely points out the application area of several metal materials.6 figs,10 refs.
