液体循环式锌-空气电池性能试验
Performance tests of Zinc-Air battery with an electrolyte cycle system
【摘要】 为了研究和掌握液体循环式锌-空气电池的实际工作特性,通过在实验室进行的10~70 A变电流放电4、0 A恒流放电试验以及两次实车道路试验,发现该电池的驱动能力较差,最大比功率为21 W/kg,小于铅酸、镍氢等电池,并且也达不到普通锌-空气电池的比功率值;该电池比能量的最大值为70 Wh/kg,在常用电池中处于中上水平。结果表明:液体循环式锌-空气电池具有充电方便、充电过程便于自动化、可有效地提高比能量和延长电动汽车(EV)的续驶里程等优点;缺点是内阻较大、结构复杂、技术不太成熟,离实用尚存在一定距离。
【Abstract】 In order to get the working characteristics of Zinc-Air battery with an electrolyte cycle system,the tests with changing discharge currents from 10 A to 70 A and 40 A constant discharge current were carried out in laboratory,a vehicle with this kind of battery was driven on roads,the testing datum were got.It is pointed that: the driving ability of the cell is smaller,the maximum rate between weight and power is 21 W/kg which is smaller than the ones of VRLA,Ni-MH and ordinary Zinc-Air battery;the maximum rate between weight and energy is 70 Wh/kg,which is the middle level of other batteries.The results indicate that the battery has those advantages: its charging way is convenient,the process of charging can be automatized easily,the rate between weight and energy can be increased,and driving range of an EV can be extended;the disadvantages are that the resistance of the battery is larger,the structure is complex,the technology is not ripe,and it can not be used in practice now.1 tab,4 figs,7 refs.
