【Abstract】 In 1912,after its proclamation of independence from china,Outer Mongolia government sent troops to surround and attack Hovd,an important military region in Northwest China at that time.As the governor of Xinjiang,Yang Zengxin made some useful preparation for the campaign to rescue the city as far as he could.However,Yang Zengxin should also take some responsibilities for the failure of the campaign because of his bad commendation.更多还原
