利福平硫酸钙植入剂的研制与相关性能检测
Preparation of implanted material made from Rifampin and Calcium Sulfate and property assessment
【摘要】 目的:制备一种新型人工骨缓释材料-利福平硫酸钙植入剂。方法:以硫酸钙、PLGA为载体,用有机溶剂注模法制造多孔缓释材料并检测其药物稳定性、孔隙率、孔径等相关性能。结果:缓释材料的制备过程中利福平稳定,材料的平均孔隙率为(47.43+0.34)%,平均孔径为(250.86+25.27)μm。结论:材料的孔隙率、孔径都符合骨生长的要求,有利于新骨的长入及体液的流通。
【Abstract】 Objective:To explore a new implanted material. Methods:The porus delayed-released material was made by salt-leaching method,whose carrier was PLGA and calcium sulfate,and its properties was evaluated.Result:The Rifampin was stable in the process of preparation;the average porosity rate was 47.43%;the average pore size was 250.86 μm. Conclusions: The average porosity rate and pore size of material accords with the demand of the bony growth and profits for the growth of osteoblast and circulation of body fluid.
