【摘要】 目前国内开展了7个合作数字参考咨询项目,这些项目具有参考信息源广泛、合作馆类型多样、合作模式多样、服务用户群不限、服务形式多样、重视专家咨询等特点。建议通过制定相关标准和规范、建立服务跟踪机制和补偿机制、开展各种培训等措施来完善国内合作数字参考咨询服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, there are seven systems of cooperative reference services in China. The paper outlines the seven systems, points out their characteristics, such as the wide range of information sources, the diversity of cooperative ways, the open services, professional reference, and then proposes solutions by laying down norms, constructing systems of trace service and compensation and various training measures, so as to perfect the systems of cooperative reference services in China.更多还原
