比较蛋白质组学在肝癌中的应用
Application of comparative proteomics in hepatocellular carcinoma
【摘要】 肝癌的发病机制至今仍不清楚,且缺乏有效的早期诊断和治疗靶点。比较蛋白质组学代表了蛋白质组学中新出现的领域,从蛋白质整体水平上研究肝癌发生与转移,寻找与肝癌发生及转移相关的新蛋白质、肝癌特异性的标志物,对肝癌的早期诊断和治疗起重要作用。
【Abstract】 Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most frequent visceral neoplasia worldwide and is a multifactorial and multistage pathogenesis. The prognosis for hepatocellular carcinoma is poor and has not improved in recent years,largely owing to lacking of early diagnosis, frequent recurrence after surgery and resistance to chemotherapy. The quantitative study of protein expression between samples that differ by some variable is known as comparative proteomics. Studying the prognosis and metastasis of HCC from protein expression of the entire proteome will allow the identification of novel diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers as well as therapeutic targets, which could greatly improve the early detection and clinical management of HCC patients.
