职业接触二噁英对男工血浆中维生素A稳态的影响

【摘要】 【目的】从维生素A稳态角度探讨职业接触二噁英可能对男性造成的健康影响,为二噁英的皮肤毒性作用及作用机制提供依据和线索。【方法】采用微量荧光法和ELISA方法分别测定人群血浆中维生素A的含量和视黄醇结合蛋白的浓度。【结果】与对照组相比,暴露组血浆中维生素A含量有所升高但没有统计学意义(P>0.05),而视黄醇结合蛋白的水平出现明显的上升且具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】职业性接触二噁英对男工血浆中维生素A及视黄醇正常水平具有一定的干扰作用。

【Abstract】 【Objective】To investigate the effects of occupational exposure to dioxins on vitamin A level in plasma of male workers as the evidences and clues for the pathogenesis of dermal toxicity caused by dioxins.【Methods】The levels of vitamin A and retinoid binding proteins were detected by the trace fluorescence assay and ELISA respectively.【Results】The levels of vitamin A in the plasma in the exposed group were showed to alter but without significance(P>0.05),while the retinol-binding protein had been exhibited to increase with marked significance(P<0.01).【Conclusion】Occupational exposure to dioxins can disturb the normal status of vitamin A and retinoid binding proteins in the plasma of male workers.
