基于DSP的无刷直流电动机伺服控制系统
Brushless DC Motor Servo-control System Based on DSP
【摘要】 应用TMS320LF2407芯片设计了一套无刷直流电动机伺服控制系统。系统采用了位置、速度、电流三闭环的控制结构以满足快速性、高精度以及传动的刚性和高的速度稳定性等方面的性能要求。简述了实现该控制系统的软件和硬件设计方案及控制策略,系统采用了主、辅两个位置环,实验证明系统调速范围宽,控制性能好。
【Abstract】 A brushless DC motor servo-control system based on TMS320LF2407 was designed.In this system, according to the performance requires of servo-system in rapid character,high precision,drive-stiffness and high-speed stability,a closed-loop control structure was adopted that included three closed-loops: position closed-loop,speed closed-loop and current closed-loop.Then a brief about control strategy and design scheme of software and hardware that realized this control system were made.This system adopted host and auxiliary position closed-loop.It was proved by experiment that system had wide high speed range and good control property.
