双无刷直流电动机控制系统设计
Design of Double Brushless DC Motor Control System
【摘要】 介绍了一种基于数字信号处理器和可编程逻辑器件控制的双无刷直流电动机的系统。采用TMS320F240芯片和两片GAL16V8D产生12路PWM信号控制三相全桥逆变电路,实现了电子换向,进而驱动两台无刷直流电动机。详细介绍了硬件构成和软件控制策略,最后给出试验结论。实验结论表明系统运行可靠,动态性能良好。
【Abstract】 The double brushless DC motor control system based on DSP and GAL was presented.The system used a TMS320F240 and two GAL16V8DS producing 12 PWM signals to control the three-phase full-bridge inverting circuit to commutate electrically,then drived two brushless DC motors.The hardware and software controlling strategy were analyzed in detail,experimental conclusion was given.Experimental conclusion indicated the system had a high reliability and excellent dynamic performance.
