【Abstract】 The background of ultrasonic motor(USM)and its application in space detection was briefly introduced,then the advantage of the USM was analyzed than the electronagnetic motor.And the application present of the USM in space detection were put emphasis on the introduction.Finally the question in application of the space detection were explained in details.更多还原
