永磁同步电动机起动问题的分析与解决
Analyzing and Resolving of Starting of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
【摘要】 永磁同步电动机的矢量控制要求控制器在电机开始运行之前能获知转子的大概位置以便电机正常起动。在研究基于DSP的永磁同步电动机调速系统过程中,针对上述问题进行了理论与仿真分析,并对永磁同步电动机起动时定子绕组通直流电的方法进行了实验验证,该方法解决了永磁同步电动机转子位置初始化及起动的问题并实现了最大转矩起动。
【Abstract】 Rotor position was exactly required in rotor magnetic field oriented permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM) vector control system.A simple and effective method was analyzed in this paper to solve the above problem.Its correction and practicability by simulation and experiment were proved.Furthermore the maximum-torque-starting can be realized by this means.
