【摘要】 武术是我国宝贵的民族文化遗产,它集健身性与娱乐性于一身,深受人民群体的喜爱,其中武术套路是大学体育教学的一项主要内容。由于武术套路是非对抗性运动项目,许多教师在教学中都沿用常规的教学方法,通过动作示范、分解练习、完整练习、复习掌握等一系列过程进行教学,本研究在教学中加入比赛表演的方法。实践表明:比赛表演法对提高武术套路的教学效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taijiquan makes up a part of Chinese national precious culture legacy, which is a sports item combined with body- building, amusement and loved by people. It is awarded to be a popularized item in "The Nation- Wide body Building Plan". And it becomes a main teaching part in college physical education. In teaching Taijiquan, many teachers use usual teaching methods, which are composed by a series of parts: setting an example, doing actions separately, doing actions together, reviewing and mastering and so on. the paper adds imagination training in Taijiquan teaching. The practice indicates that imagination training can clearly improve teaching effectiveness of Taijiquan.更多还原
