【Abstract】 This article makes detailed introductions of the background of the American Baldrige National Quality Award,and its Criteria-Health Care Criteria for Performance Excellence,the content of its 11 core values and concepts and items.Then compares the Criteria with the standards of ISO9000 and the Japanese Demin Award.Finally analyzes the inspiration and lesson the Criteria give out in healthcare organizations.更多还原
