【Abstract】 The adverse selection and moral hazard between the investor and the venture capitalist are analyzed firstly based on the game theory; and the idea that it is very important for the success of the venture capital to control the agent risks,is presented.Then based on the signaling model and contract theory,this paper suggests constructing the funds executives market,designing the salary contract,designing the venture capital organization,and other measures to eliminate risks.更多还原
