【摘要】 运用标化的定量分析方法,对云南省三个新型农村合作医疗试点县和三个非试点县农村居民卫生服务利用公平状况进行了量化对比分析。结果显示,新型农村合作医疗制度的实施在一定程度上改善了农村居民卫生服务利用的公平性,特别是在改善农村居民住院服务利用和住院费用负担公平方面作用更为突出。但是,由于新型农村合作医疗保障水平还比较低,其作用有限,应加强定点医疗机构医药费用控制,保障新型农村合作医疗制度良好发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Applying the quantitative approach to conduct the comparative analysis on the equity situation for rural people utilizing health service between three pilot counties operating New Rural Cooperative Health System (NRCHS) and three counties non-running NRCHS. The findings show that the operation of NRCHS improves the equity for rural people utilizing health service to some degree, especially remarkably on the side of utilizing hospitalization service and equity of charging the hospitalization expense. But because of rather small insurance fund, the effect of NRCHS is limited. It suggests strengthening the control of medical expenses in health settings under NRCHS to ensure the begign development of NRCHS.更多还原
