【Abstract】 It is called for in modern age to offer Juris Master;its objective is to train interdisciplinary law talents.The construction of this degree has its profound law basis and practical significance as well.Law profession requires justiciary to possess not only specialized knowledge but also enough social knowledge and life experience.Only in this way can the authority of law be established.In the history of law education in China,the study of trading mode similar to Juris Master has been continued,which to some degree illustrates the Legality of Juris Master.更多还原
