【摘要】 目的:介绍一种改良编织式修补术,并总结其治疗67例腹股沟疝的临床经验。方法:采用0号聚丙烯的单纤维缝线,对67例各类腹股沟疝病人进行改良编织式修补术治疗。结果:全部病例治愈,无牵扯痛,近期无复发。结论:改良编织式修补术符合当今疝修补术的理念,操作简单易学,适应证广,不良反应少,复发率低,材料价格低廉,是值得提倡和采用的术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To introduce a modified darn repair procedure by summarizing the clinical experience in treating 67 cases with inguinal hernia.Methods: 67 patients were treated by modified darn repair with 0# monofilament polypropylene suture at Samoa′s National Hospital from April 2003 to March 2005.Results: All patients were cured,and no complications as referred pain occurred or recent recurrence.Conclusion: The modified darn repair procedure can satisfy the current demand of tension-free hernioplasty and should be recommended for its easier surgical performance,wider surgical indications,less complication,lower recurrence rate and cost of material.更多还原
