【摘要】 通过对农产品物流特性及现状的分析,指出了传统农产品物流安全监控存在的问题。然后提出了信息网络环境下的农产品冷链物流模式,构建了农产品冷链物流安全监控信息平台。最后通过营口、沈阳等市生猪冷链物流的安全监控案例分析,说明了农产品冷链物流安全监控的有效性和实用性,并提出了对农产品冷链物流过程的安全监控策略和建议,对农产品冷链物流的安全监控的未来研究进行了展望。更多还原
