【Abstract】 In the era of globalization, the importance of international morality is increasing, the neglect of which becomes more costly. The moral dimension of diplomacy has become a key issue worthy of attention in the diplomatic practice of all states. The connotation of international morality demands re-conceptualizing in order to bear more generality and universality.
